What We Do
The Maintenance and Operations Division:
Manages preventative maintenance programs for major equipment and building components of County owned facilities
Completes qualifying remodels for safety, efficiency and improved productivity
Provides assistance and consulting services to building tenants for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, remodeling and other tasks
Ensures buildings meet safety, fire and disability code requirements
Manages all aspects of the built environment, including pest control and exterior grounds
