Fantasy Lights at Spanaway Park

Fantasy Lights is the largest holiday drive-through display in the Northwest, featuring over 300 elaborate displays and thousands of sparkling lights. Each year over 140,000 visitors of all ages are treated to the magical world of animation and imagination where bears fly kites, sea serpents breathe fire and reindeer leap over your car. The event is held nightly in Spanaway Park from late November through New Year's Day each year.

If you would like more information about the event or sponsorship/partnership opportunities call (253) 798-4030.

Camp Lots of Fun

Camp Lots of Fun is a summer day camp program for children and young adults with special needs, ages 6 to 21. This camp will celebrate its 31st anniversary this summer in Pierce County. Each summer over 90 campers participate in a variety of day camp activities during the six-week camp experience.

This camp would not be able to operate without donations from several local foundations and community service groups. Their support not only allows the registration fees to be the lowest in the State of Washington for camps like this but also allows Pierce County to hire qualified staff members with experience in Special Education so that no camper is turned away due to their specific special need. If you are interested in becoming a community partner call (253) 798-4753.
