Transfer Stations

Regular hours for yard waste drop-off resume June 8
Beginning Monday, June 8 yard waste will again be accepted during regular business hours at Pierce County transfer stations (outside of the City of Tacoma).

Yard waste drop-off was limited to three days a week during the Stay Home, Stay Healthy order and Phase 1 of the Safe Start reopening plan. The limitations were in place to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure and protect the health of transfer station employees and customers.
