(253) 798-4020 or email at [email protected]. Sewer bills can still be dropped off at the payment box located at the front entrance to the Environmental Services Building.

Economic relief for Pierce County sewer customers is now available
County Council has approved extending late fee and interest relief as identified in Emergency Ordinance No. 2020-44 through March 5, 2021. Please contact Customer Billing Services with questions at (253) 798-4020.

Rent and utility bill assistance
Pierce County renters with overdue rent and/or utility bills can apply for financial assistance. Renters may be eligible for up to 12-months of assistance based on need. Apply online or by calling 2-1-1.

Automatic Bank Payment
Once your application has been received and validated, your sewer charge will be deducted from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis. Please allow 60 days for processing.
