Economic relief for Pierce County sewer customers

County Council has approved extending late fee and interest relief as identified in Emergency Ordinance No. 2020-44 through Sept. 30, 2021. Please contact Customer Billing Services with questions at (253) 798-4020.

Rent and utility bill assistance

Pierce County renters with overdue rent and/or utility bills can apply for financial assistance. Renters may be eligible for up to 12-months of assistance based on need. Apply online or by calling 2-1-1.

Once your application has been received and validated, your sewer charge will be deducted from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis. Please allow 60 days for processing.
