Key Peninsula-Gig Harbor-Islands Watershed Council
The mission of the Key Peninsula-Gig Harbor-Islands (KGI) Watershed Council is to foster wise stewardship of the KGI Watershed. The Council provides educational programs, outreach, and workshops for watershed residents and encourages the collaboration and involvement of all watershed residents and businesses.
TheKGI Work Plan for 2020 is ready and features plans for several work parties, programs on enhancing watershed native plant canopy, and a good look at how climate change affects our area.
The Council hosts monthly meetings and an annual retreat. All meetings are open to and welcome the public.
Usually the second Wednesdays of the month from 3:00pm- 5:00pm. General meetings and Planning meetings rotate each month.
Where: Council meetings are held at the Gig Harbor Fire HQ, 10222 Bujacich Rd NW, Gig Harbor WA 98332. At this time, meetings are held virtually only.
