These matters are heard in person, or at the option of the parties, remotely by ZOOM (link above).  For cases on the afternoon calendar, please appear at 1:00 pm.  

Subject Matter - This division hears applications for:

• Contested show cause proceedings involving Family Law Matters
• Initial Determination of Adequate Cause on petitions to modify/ change parenting plans and non-parent custody petitions
• Petitions to Modify Child Support/Parenting Plans
• Uncontested/Default Dissolutions for Self-Represented Parties
• Child Support Adjustments/Modifications filed by the State of Washington
• Paternity actions
• Contempt Motions filed by the State of Washington
• NO Discovery Motions - these motions and motions to adjust trial dates are heard by the assigned trial judge.
