Please be advised that court records are not subject to the Public Records Act (RCW 42.56), Nast v. Michels, 107 Wn.2d 300 (1986) and Spokane & Eastern Lawyer v. Tompkins, 136 Wn.app. 616 (2007). Many court records are available for public inspection and copying under applicable law and court rule.
