Equipment Cut Sheets
Provide a copy of the manufacturers specifications noting the make, model, and listing of each piece of equipment.
Alarm Plans
Provide a written description of all work to be done. Show the location of all fixtures, existing and proposed, and identify the fixture type. Identify the use of each room. Include plans with the edition of NFPA 72 being used, a riser diagram, a legend, ceiling height, and an event matrix.
Equipment / Fixture List
Provide a copy of the manufacturer's specifications noting the make, model, weight, and efficiency rating of each unit.
Floor Plan
Show building footprint, room divisions, area uses, dimensions in feet, storage placement, aisles, exits, placement of furniture and fixtures, spacing dimensions, etc.
Sectional Plan
Show section views for all areas that require detailed analysis for installation.
Site Plan
A site plan is required. Draw the site plan to scale, not less than 1-inch=100-feet, show all property corners, existing and proposed building footprints, adjacent roads, dimensions of all parking and access aisles, and north arrow.
