Hearing, Speech & Deaf Center Offers donated hearing aids at $75 per aid.  Located in Seattle.  Attendance requirement for fitting process. 206-323-5770
Molina Healthcare Harbor Audiology provides hearing aids to clients with Molina Medicare Advantage plan.  Allows $1,000 towards the cost of hearing aid from which $150 goes towards the processing fee and $850 towards the hearing aid.  No out of pocket expense for one hearing aid.  $300 for second hearing aid.  Aids are called WIDEX Dream 220 with rechargeable batteries.
