Continuum of Care
Continuum of Care Oversight Committee
The Tacoma/Lakewood/Pierce County Continuum of Care Oversight Committee provides guidance and input on the implementation of the Plan to End Homelessness. The committee consists of representatives from a variety of sectors, including local government, public housing authorities, schools, health care, law enforcement and faith based communities.

Pierce County Human Services is designated by the Continuum of Care Committee as the Collaborative Applicant and the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) lead. The Continuum of Care Committee is not a County entity.

5-Year Strategic Plan
The Tacoma/Lakewood/Pierce County Continuum of Care developed and implemented the Plan to Address Homelessness. The plan contains the goals and priorities of the Continuum to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring in Pierce County.
