Summary:
Pierce County Facilities Management (the County) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing mechanical and fire sprinkler design and engineering services for a project at the 950 Fawcett Building in Tacoma, Washington.
The successful firm for this project must be able to provide complete services including, but not limited to predesign, engineering and design, permitting, bidding support, contract administration and project close out.
