Summary:

The purpose of this bid is to secure the services of a licensed contractor to perform tree removal services for Pierce County Planning & Public Works.

Properly maintained roadsides are important for the safety of motorists and pedestrians. Our roadways need to be clear of vegetation and landscaping that obstructs the views of motorists and pedestrians. They also need to be clear of obstructions that impede or impair our ability to maintain the road.

There are 33 trees that are in the right-of-way that need to be removed located approximately on 222nd Ave East off of 112th St East in Buckley, WA. These trees will be marked with yellow tags and need to be removed with minimal impact to fall areas. The trees are located in residential areas and minimal impact to roadway and residential property is essential. The projected completion date of this project is September 7, 2018

Notes:

Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are both listed in Pierce County's Small Works Roster (Maintained by MRSC Rosters) and have an active Washington State Contractor's License at the time the Bids are due. If you are not in the Small Works Roster used for this bid at the time the bids are due, your bid will NOT be considered.
