Summary:

Pierce County Parks and Recreation is soliciting for a bid to provide all labor, equipment, and supplied to install a new two-ply torch applied rolled roofing system and new skylights on a one-story occupied home with approximately 2900 square feet of roof area. 

Work generally includes, but is not limited to demolition, roofing application (torch applied), flashing and metal application, installation of skylights and any other item(s) needed to perform this work.

Notes:

Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are both listed in Pierce County's Small Works Roster (Maintained by MRSC Rosters) and have an active Washington State Contractor's License at the time the Bids are due. If you are not in the Small Works Roster used for this bid at the time the bids are due, your bid will NOT be considered.
