The Conservation Futures and Open Space Citizens Advisory Board (CAB) is comprised of seventeen individuals who represent a broad based interest in Pierce County. The CAB evaluate property presentations that may be eligible for acquisitions through the Conservation Futures funds. Presentations are made in an open public meeting forum.
The Conservation Futures Citizens Advisory Board will be holding the annual joint meeting with the Technical Advisory Committee on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be hybrid - via Zoom webinar and in-person at the Environmental Services Building, 9850 64th Street W, University Place, 98467.
The Conservation Futures Citizens Advisory Board meets periodically on Thursday evenings beginning at 6:00 p.m. During COVID-19, meetings will be held virtually via Zoom. Any changes in meeting location or the meeting schedule, including cancellations, will be posted on this page as soon as they become available.
Board members serve four-year terms and represent each of the council districts, at-large positions, small cities and towns; as well as cities with populations greater than 15,000.
