Gig Harbor

About Gig Harbor

Gig Harbor was founded in 1888 as a fishing village, incorporated in 1946 and is one of the most picturesque small cities in America. In 2012 it was named one of the 20 best small towns by the Smithsonian.

It is located on Gig Harbor Bay in Puget Sound across the Narrows Bridge from Tacoma. For a small community, Gig Harbor features an impressive selection of shopping, fine dining, arts and recreation, while still maintaining its connection to its historical roots in commercial fishing.

The town has commercial and industrial land available.
