Since revisions or additions to the design file standards may occur at any time, the Receiver agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pierce County, and its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from the use of outdated design file standards, and such indemnification shall survive acceptance of said file(s) by the Receiver.
Applicants going through the development process are required to provide County Engineer signed and stamped Pierce County Standard Drawings. Additional Permitting Forms (A to Z) provide access to other commonly used documents, to include the Development Engineering Signature Block (.pdf and .dwg files) and Example Plan Sheet . See the Pierce County Standard Drawings homepage for the signed and stamped .pdf files.
See the Stormwater & Flooding Library for access to the Stormwater Management & Site Development Manual AutoCAD files.
