Pierce County Ferry riders may now request a 60-day extension for Value Pass tickets. To qualify for an extension, the Value Pass must have remaining rides, an original expiration date of March 6 or later and purchased by 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2020.
The extension is available on a temporary basis due to the "Stay Home. Stay Healthy" order issued by Governor Inslee. The Ferry Administrator may adjust the extension program at any time to best meet the needs of the Governor’s order and Pierce County Ferry riders.
Procedure to Request Extension
Request extension by visiting www.pierceferrytickets.com and select Refund Request. Approved requests will be granted a 60-day extension, making the tickets valid for a total of 100 days from date of purchase. You must wait for confirmation of approval before using Value Pass.
All required fields on the form must be filled out with valid information or the request may be delayed or denied. Please use the following entries to assist in filling out the form.
For Payment method, select Cash.

Reason for Request: Extension to Value Pass
If the ticket is printed on paper, an updated ticket must be produced. The options for receiving an updated ticket is via email as a PDF or by visiting the ticket window, providing order or ticket number and getting a reprinted ticket.
