Early Stage Support Groups

  • Special focus groups for people with early and mild memory loss problems meet for a nine-week seminar. Space is limited so pre-registration is required. Free. Person with memory loss must be aware of their memory loss and want to meet with others to problem-solve and share.
  • Held various times throughout the year in the South Sound area. Please contact Kenna Little at the Alzheimer's Association at (206) 529-3868.

Zoo Walk - Early Stage Memory Loss

Offers individuals experiencing mild memory loss and their care partners an opportunity for regular exercise and a space to build relationships. There is NO charge for Zoo and Aquarium entry.  (Other destinations on occasion.)
