All new accounts will be set up to use the Assessor-Treasurer's personal property electronic filing (eFile) system. While existing accounts will continue to be sent a paper asset listing, it is our goal to have all personal property accounts, excluding leasing companies, filing electronically.
Businesses that file a paper asset listing are required to use the asset listings provided by Pierce County. Do not send attachments unless they are for new or transferred assets. If filing electronically, do not submit a paper copy.
eFiling is fast, convenient and secure. It minimizes input errors and reduces costs for both the business owner and Pierce County.
