Pierce County Districting Committee

About the Committee

The Pierce County Council appointed members to the Pierce County Districting Committee Sept. 7, 2021 through adoption of Resolution R2021-157. Under the Pierce County Charter, Council is required to appoint four members to the committee. The members are selected from a list of names submitted by the central committees of the two major political parties in Pierce County.

The committee adopted its final map at a special meeting Dec. 16, 2021 in a 3-2 vote. The map is available in PDF below, or through the county's GIS website.
