Involuntary Commitment
Persons suffering from a mental disorder subject to being involuntarily committed to Western State Hospital or other Evaluation and Treatment facility, pursuant to RCW 71.05

Juvenile Court
Juveniles accused of violating criminal laws in Pierce County, accused of contempt of court involving failure to attend school, or who are in need of protection and/or advocacy as a result of abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Parents who have had their child(ren) removed from parental custody.

Superior Court
Adults accused of criminal cases involving felony offenses committed in Pierce County or accused of contempt of court involving the collection of child support payments

Family Recovery Court
Family Recovery Court is a grant-funded program in partnership with Assigned Counsel, Attorney General, Superior Court and the Pierce County Alliance. The program aims to rehabilitate drug-addicted parents of juveniles involved in dependency cases.
