In 2020, Pierce County created the Veterans Resource Center to better provide services to all veterans who reside in Pierce County, Washington. The Veterans Resource Center partners with federal, state, non-profit and local agencies to support veterans and their families to apply for veterans benefits, housing, employment, financial security, and behavioral health. The Veterans Resource Center was created to serve as the one-stop shop for veterans and their families to access resources and assistance.
Pierce County has partnered with the Washington Department of Veteran Affairs to assist veterans and their families in filing for veterans and surviving spouses benefits. Veteran Services Officers (VSOs) are available to help you. Visit here to learn more.
