90th Avenue East - Multi-Use Path - 128th Street East to 126th Street East (CRP 5793)
What's Happening
Engineering: We are beginning the design engineering for the project which includes collecting field information, determining the best location for the multi-use path, and creating preliminary construction and right-of-way plans.
Land: Additional right-of-way needs will be assessed.
Environmental: Any necessary environmental permits will be obtained.
Surveying: County surveyors will be in the area gathering field data for the project.
About the Project
Planned improvements to 90th Avenue East from 128th Street East to 126th Street East (CRP 5793) are intended to increase pedestrian accessibility and trail connectivity, and include the following:
Constructing a 10-foot wide multi-use pathway.
Providing a connection to the Heritage Recreational Center and other non-motorized pathways in the Puyallup South Hill area.
Project Timeline
March 2022 to April 2022: Complete field surveys.
May 2022 and Beyond: Complete preliminary engineering, right-of-way acquisition (if necessary), environmental documentation, bid documents, and construction (currently scheduled for 2023).
