MOP - Civil Division D - Commissioner Court (Room 127)


Subject Matter - This division hears:

  • Contested show cause proceedings involving family law matters
  • Initial Determination of Adequate Cause on petitions to modify/change parenting plans and non-parent custody petitioners
  • Petitions to Modify Child Support/Parenting Plans
  • Minor Guardianships
  • Involuntary Treatment/Behavioral Health Cases
  • Discovery Motions and Motions to Adjust Trial Dates must be brought before the trial judge.
