Plateau Park Master Plan

In 2023 and 2024, Pierce County will work with the community to update the Master Plan for Plateau Park, an undeveloped property south of the city of Bonney Lake. The Master Plan will identify park improvements and phasing for construction. The first phase of improvements is anticipated in 2027. 

In Summer 2023, project consultants will be on-site collecting environmental data about the property. Focus areas include slope, drainage, and wetland data to inform the master plan process. 

Click the link below to receive email updates about the Master Plan. There will be many opportunities for the community to provide feedback as this project progresses. Formal community engagement is anticipated to begin in early 2024.
