Request: The applicant proposes a shared dock, and installation of a 6-ft. wide x 102-ft. long wood pier with attached 4-ft. x 40-ft. pivoting metal ramp. The ramp will land on a 6-ft. x 51-ft. concrete float. The float is 2.9 ft. by 44.7 ft. in size. The overall length of the pier, ramp and moorage float is 183.3 ft.
