Falls are the primary reason that older adults end up in Emergency Rooms.  Can you reduce your risk of falling?  Yes, you can! Come to this free event to hear Matt Santelli from the Pierce County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC).  He will explain some simple "steps" you can take to avoid falling.  Matt will review Fall Prevention strategies.  Attendees will watch the widely acclaimed, locally produced Aging Wisely Fall Prevention video that aired on PBS and on Pierce County TV.   Matt will also review the File Of Life packet with attendees and offer free packets to those who want them.
