The FREE Puyallup Aging Expo will happen on Saturday, May 6, 2023. The theme for this year's Expo will again be "Aging With Enthusiasm".
Our morning keynote speaker, Ana Pinto Da Silva, will talk on "Exploring the Future of Home". She will share her passions for driving transformational change at the intersection of housing, health care, and technology, across generations and abilities, delivering home and community solutions that help people thrive.
Our afternoon keynote speaker, Eric B.Larson, MD, MPH, a leading expert in the science of healthy aging, will talk on "Adding Life to Years, not just Years to Life!" During this exciting presentation you will enjoy learning about building resilience and the value of optimism for living a long active life. The author of Enlightened Aging: Building Resilience for a Long, Active Life, Dr. Larson also writes regularly for 3rd Act Magazine.
Other speakers will provide talks with informative and inspiring insights, plus there will be plenty of time for visiting vendor tables.
