Join the fun at the FREE Fall Prevention Day Wellness Fair live in-person  on Friday, September 22 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Gordon Family YMCA in Sumner, WA.  You have the power to prevent falls!  Are falls a natural part of aging?  No!  Unexpected falls can result in a serious and costly injury.  The good news is that most falls can be prevented!  You absolutely have the power to reduce your risk of falling.  This FREE event is open to everyone and snacks will be provided.  There will be fall prevention tips, exercise demonstrations, giveaways, and plenty of fun.  Plus there will be plenty of time to browse vendor resource tables.  You do not need to be a YMCA member to attend but you will need to show ID and sign a waiver when you enter the building.  The Pierce County ADRC will have a vendor resource table at this Fair so come on out and say hello!
