Request:        Place a stormwater structure in the wetland and wetland buffer. A drainage trench will be placed within the wetland requiring approximately 400 sq. ft. of fill. Due to constraints of the parcel, compensatory mitigation for filling the wetland, as required by Title 18E, is not possible. A variance is required to place the pipe through the wetland buffer and for filling in the wetland without the required compensatory mitigation. The site is in the Rural Sensitive Resource (RSR) zone classification and Gig Harbor Peninsula Community Plan area, located at 15429 – 30th Ave. NW, Gig Harbor, WA, in Council District #7.
