The Executive Board serves as the decision-making body for South Sound Housing Affordability Partnership (SSHA³P.) They collaborate, develop and recommend an annual budget and work plan, make recommendations to the parties of the intergovernmental agreement concerning planning, policy, programs, and the funding of projects to enhance access to affordable, attainable, and accessible housing across Pierce County.
