All regularly scheduled Personnel Board meetings are held at the Public Services Building (Annex) located at 2401 South 35th Street, Tacoma, at 5:00 p.m. Conference Room “D” is located at the rear of the building (next to the break room) as you enter from South 35th Street. The meeting will be moved to Public Hearing Room “A” if it becomes available.

There will also be an option to join virtually via Microsoft Teams; the link will be provided in the agenda.

If there is no business before the Personnel Board, Board members receive an email or phone call indicating that the meeting has been cancelled due to lack of business. Also, pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, notice will be posted at the Personnel Board’s website within 24 hours of a meeting cancellation.
