Request:                  Applicants seek to construct a 500-sq. ft. at-grade deck on top of an existing rip rap bulkhead. It would be set back 4 ft. landward from the shoreline located within the required 100-ft. upland buffer and located south of a dock that was recently denied and is under appeal.  The site is in the Rural 10 (R10) zone classification, Aquatic and Conservancy Shoreline Environments, and Gig Harbor Peninsula Community Plan area, located at 13021 Point Richmond Beach Dr. NW, on the west shoreline of Colvos Passage (Puget Sound), in Council District #7.
