Request: Construct/install the following, accessory to two abutting parcels, each developed with single-family residences:
• Joint-use dock:
? Overwater: 175-ft. long by 8-ft. wide, consisting of a pier, ramp, and float;
? Landward of the shoreline: 21-ft. long by 6-ft. wide ramp connecting to the dock;
• Two boat lifts, 20-ft. long by 10-ft. wide, attached to the east and west sides of the dock float; and
• Two off-shore mooring buoys (if the boatlifts are not approved)

The site is in the Rural-Residential Shoreline Environment and Rural 10 (R10) zone classification, in the Gig Harbor Peninsula Community Plan area, located at 845 and 839 Fox Dr., Fox Island, WA, on the south shoreline of Hale Passage, in Council District #7.
