Request: Accessory to two abutting parcels, under different ownership, the following is proposed (each developed with a single-family residence):
• Construct elevated beach access stairs on the northern parcel
• Remodel existing joint-use boathouse (new dimensions to be 23 ft. long, 8 ft. wide, and 15 ft. tall)
• Construct 165-ft. long by 8-ft. wide joint-use dock
• Attach two boatlifts to dock

The project is in the Rural-Residential Shoreline Environment (old County shoreline regulations) and Rural 10 (R10) zone classification, in the Gig Harbor Peninsula Community Plan area, on the east shoreline of Wollochet Bay, located at 2110 and 2102 Sullivan Dr. NW, Gig Harbor, WA, in Council District #7.
