Wetland Variance: Park Place Homes

Request: Reduce the required 110-ft. buffer for a Category II wetland to a variable 0-60-ft. minimum width in order to accommodate a single-family residence, septic tank, septic drainfield and driveway. The septic drainfield and reserves are proposed outside of a 60-ft. wetland buffer. The southeastern corner of the proposed single-family residence is the only portion of the plan to have a 0-ft. buffer from the wetland. A 15-ft. building setback will be provided throughout. The site is in the Rural 5 (R5) zone classification and Graham Community Plan area, located at 22110 – 58th Ave. E., Spanaway, WA, in Council District #3.
