At this gathering we will celebrate 2013 accomplishments and honor amazing volunteers and community partners working to conserve natural resources and support sustainable farming throughout Pierce County.
Alongside this year's theme of Opportunities in Farming, we welcome you to come early to tour the USDA Mobile Meat Processing Unit as well as see the District's Featherman Poultry Processing Equipment and manure spreader beginning at 4:00pm outside of the STAR Center!
Doors open at 4:30pm for gathering, viewing of our partner displays, slide show of accomplishments and a light local dinner. Presentation of District and Stream Team awards begins at 6:15pm, followed by a special presentation and panel discussion, Opportunities in Farming for Pierce County.
