The Pierce County Parks and Recreation Department will host the sixth-annual Touch A Truck event on Saturday, Sept. 12. The event will last from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sprinker Recreation Center.
Touch A Truck allows the public to explore a variety of trucks, military vehicles, construction vehicles, fire engines and public safety equipment. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Vehicle horn honking will be prohibited from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. to accommodate sensory sensitive participants.
