The Pierce County Arts Commission has issued RFP 1751 for an art project called the County City Building West Entry Canopy Handrail System Project.
Pierce County has improved the west entrance of the County-City building, a building visited by thousands of people each year. The final phase of the entrance was the construction of a canopy to protect visitors from the weather as they enter the building. With 1% for Arts funding, the Pierce County Arts Commission is seeking qualified metal artists to add aesthetic elements to the handrail system.
