Mitsui-Soko (U.S.A), Inc. has broken ground on a new cold storage facility in Frederickson. Featuring over 200,000 square feet of both refrigerated and ambient temperature warehouse space, the building is specifically engineered to provide customized and comprehensive logistics services to the aerospace industry in Frederickson.
The County worked with the Economic Development Board for Tacoma-Pierce County (EDB) to ensure Mitsui-Soko had a great reception in Pierce County - from the EDB's work to find the company an appropriate site and identify incentives that applied to the project, to the County's support with time-sensitive permitting assistance. Mitsui-Soko (U.S.A.) is the latest company to join other industry leaders in Frederickson and we are proud to support their success. Welcome to Pierce County!
