On Saturday, June 24, 2017, several judges, commissioners and their families worked at The Woods at Golden Given. This site is a 30 home development for Habitat for Humanity, and the same location our judicial officers worked 2 years ago.
Superior Court joined two other groups to lay floor tile, install outdoor soffits, caulk, paint, and complete landscaping work. Commissioner Craig Adams, with funding from some of our generous colleagues, provided us with food – including home baked cookies – and water. As always, it was a very rewarding experience. Thanks to everyone who helped in any way.
Community service and outreach is a strategic priority for the Pierce County Superior Court Bench. For a deeper look at our strategic priorities and our annual report for 2016, please visit our website at http://co.pierce.wa.us/122/Superior-Court.
