As of June 30, 2017, value notices have been sent to the owners of 321,500 residential and commercial properties throughout Pierce County. The average residential property countywide rose 12.3% to $291,848. That’s an average increase of $31,310 over 2016 value. These 2017 values will be used to calculate 2018 property taxes.
