[ARCHIVED] Frederickson: Room to Grow

Frederickson Sign

We hope you are not among those who believe that Frederickson is FULL! Frederickson is booming AND there’s plenty of land available for more companies. There have been significant infrastructure investments made in the area – from the expansion of Canyon Road to seven lanes, to the availability of abundant amounts of power, water, and sewer capacity.

Several companies have joined long-time Frederickson businesses Boeing, Toray Composite Materials America, NW Door, Medallion Foods, IKEA, and Hall Forest Products in the past few years. They include Niagara Bottling, Carlisle Building Products, Mitsui Soko (U.S.A) and Oldcastle APG to name a few. Also, some longtime companies are expanding including James Hardie Building Products.

Even with all this growth, of the nearly 2,300 acres zoned for industrial development in Frederickson, there are approximately 1,100 acres still available for the next great Frederickson business! A significant amount is currently available for sale with parcels ranging from .5 to 40 acres.

If you know of an industrial business looking for a great location or if there are companies in your supply chain you’d like to have closer, please refer them to us. We would love to help new businesses discover the opportunities available in Frederickson.
