[ARCHIVED] Reminder: Friday Info Session for Community Plan Updates

Dec. 14 Info Session

Community Plan Updates and Proposed Development Regulations

Learn about the proposed updates to the Frederickson, Mid-County, Parkland-Spanaway-Midland and South Hill Community Plans and the proposed development regulations that will accompany the plans as part of the adoption process in 2019.

This is a great opportunity to see the details and provide feedback to staff about the proposed changes. We will provide a brief presentation about the update process and then share detailed information about proposed changes to Title 18J—Design Standards & Guidelines. This interactive session is designed for your questions and feedback.

The session is open to everyone. Discussion will be focused on the mechanics of the proposed regulation changes—details about the proposed changes and how they impact future developments. We'll share a lot of information in an hour!

To learn more about the proposed new Community Plan policies,
please attend an upcoming public meeting.

Bring your lunch and your questions!

Cookies and water will be provided.
