Development Processing Fees—Ordinance 2018-79s
- A simplified fee schedule results in minor increases and decreases in permit fees
- Sewer fees are increasing up to 30% to more completely cover operational costs
- Many critical area fees associated with wetlands, and fish and wildlife were also increased by 10% or more
Building Permit Fees
- Building permit fees will increase by 1%
To ensure your application is submitted before the fee change, you should:
- Submit the online request for an application 2–3 weeks prior to the fee change, or
- Make application and payment at the Development Center on or before the effective date
We anticipate a rush of applications before the fee changes take effect. You will be vested for the 2018 fees at the time of payment, not application submittal (PCC 18.40).
