As a continuation in our efforts to provide timely and reliable service to our customers, we have been renovating the Development Center and the east end of the Pierce County Annex. Phase 1 of that effort will wrap up at the end of this week, and Phase 2 construction is set to start at the end of April on the north side of the Development Center.
 
Our team will move back into the newly-renovated space on the south side of the Development Center the week of April 22.

Our goal is to minimize impacts to our services, customers and staff. However, customers visiting the Development Center Lobby or submitting new applications the week of April 22 may experience some delay as staff move into their new spaces and get oriented. We anticipate we will be back to our full capacity the week of April 29.

Stop by the Development Center Lobby to see our display about the project. We will continue to provide regular updates at piercecountywa.gov/annexremodel.
