[ARCHIVED] PPW Document recording and drop-off available by appointment

A new facet to our Best Permitting Agency (BPA) effort is finding new and creative ways to serve our customers. We all are doing our part to Stay Home, Stay Healthy, but we are also working to ensure projects are still moving forward.

Although our lobby is closed, we will still accept documents for recording by appointment if you need signatures from our team for recording a plat, short plat, binding site plan, boundary line adjustment or amendments to these documents.

You can also arrange to drop off legal documents, financial guarantees or any hard copies that need to be delivered to us.

To provide timely service upon receipt of your information, it is crucial that you notify Kevin Stender at (253) 798-3713 or [email protected] prior to bringing in documents.

Kevin will work with you to arrange a date and time to drop off these documents. The drop-off box is marked “Planning & Public Works Drop Box” and is located inside the Pierce County Annex at the south entrance.

If you have any questions, please contact Kevin any time during normal business hours.
