During this time of anxiety and fear we may allow ourselves to be impatient or easily irritated. It’s understanble. Many of us aren’t sleeping well and our routines have been upended, with no end to the unpredictability in clear sight.
However, I’d like to encourage you to take good care of yourself and focus on what we can control - our behavior and reactions. Please be especially kind to each other - kindness is needed now more than ever.
