[ARCHIVED] Drop off appeals and other documents at the Pierce County Annex

Drop off appeals and other documents at the Pierce County Annex

Although our lobby services are unavailable, we continue to adapt our business practices to keep your projects moving forward.

You can drop off appeals, legal documents, financial guarantees or any other printed documents at the Pierce County Annex in our drop box. The box is marked “Planning & Public Works Drop Box” and is located inside the Pierce County Annex at the south entrance.

We can also accept documents for recording if you need signatures from our team for recording a plat, short plat, binding site plan, boundary line adjustment or amendments to these documents.

Please contact Kevin Stender at (253) 798-3713 or [email protected] prior to bringing in documents. Let him know what you are dropping off, who it is for, and the application or case number for reference.

We are working on modifications to our Development Center Lobby to ensure we are ready to open for business when the Governor’s order allows it. There will be some changes in how we do business, but we continue to keep our Best Permitting Agency philosophies as a cornerstone of all aspects of the Development Center and project review. Until we can open our doors again, we remain committed to assisting customers through our online services.
