SUPERIOR COURT PRESS RELEASE
MAY 14, 2021
MASKING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES
Pierce County Superior Court is asking the public to continue to wear masks at all Superior Court locations, at least through May 21, 2021. It will take time for PCSC to determine what impact the Governor’s and Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) new masking guidelines have on our operations. If PCSC makes any further decisions on masking requirements, another press release will be distributed. It is possible that masks could be required past the June 30th date projected by the Governor. Per the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, social distancing restrictions have not been lifted by the Governor or the CDC and will continue to be enforced at all court locations including the Tacoma Armory where juror orientation is being held.
